2024 Fall Shoe Guide

With warm weather still peaking through the fall blinds, we find ourselves graced with more time to think of what to wear this fall. Some would say your outfit is nothing without a good shoe, and we couldn't agree more. Here are our recommendations for some go-to shoes to add to your fall rotation.

Loafers (Image credit: AliExpress, GH Bass)

Loafers are a classy slip-on shoe that come in a variety of materials, heights and colors. They can be worn with or without socks (though socks are recommended) which results in some outfit versatility and options.

Dr. Martens (Image credit: Dr. Martens)

As a global footwear brand, Dr. Martens has made its mark with highly acclaimed and sought-after silhouettes, including the classic Oxford and its many variations, as well as the iconic Pascal boots. The brand's many colors and designs, with casual or professional attire and supposed comfort (after being well broken in), make them a go-to shoe for the fall.

ASICS (Image credit: ASICS)

A running shoe brand that has customers chasing its products for reasons other than the track, ASICS has gained much notoriety for its variations of silhouettes and colorways. Customers can find both comfort and versatility in these shoes for a variety of outfits.

New Balance (Image credit: New Balance)

Similarly to ASICS, New Balance is another sports-oriented brand that delivers comfort and quality. This brand has a fantastic eye for collaborations with fashion enthusiasts, notably Jaden Smith and Amine, making it another high contender for shoes for the fall.

Birkenstock (Image credit: Birkenstocks)

A fashionable clog of sorts, Birkenstocks are a definitive fall shoe. With a simple design, an expanded collection of soft colors and an assortment of versions complimenting a walk into work or a pumpkin patch, “Birks” are a heavyweight contender for fall shoes.

UGGs (Image credit: GOAT)

UGG boots may be a hit in the winter, but the Tasman shoe appears almost all year round. With its similar approach to the classic UGG boot, the Tasman are perfect for days that may be a little colder than expected from winter’s quick and early tease.

Adidas (Image credit: Adidas)

Adidas may have meant to create an iconic and original soccer shoe, but as years have passed, the world has given a new meaning to the Samba. Trending in every direction, almost to the point of being considered a closet essential, the Adidas Sambas are the perfect fall shoe. Comfortable and  breathable due to their soccer-oriented design, yet fashionable due to their expansive colorways and creative collaborations, this year-round shoe is a must have in the fall.
