The 2024 Olympic Games have become equally exciting for fashion as they have for sports. Countries upped their game in style to display their culture and history through fashion at this year’s Paris Olympics Opening Ceremony. Here is our ranking of the top 10 Olympic team uniforms.

Team South Sudan took a different approach to this year’s uniforms with bold, all-black attire with hints of Sudanese emblems and colors.

Athletes are draped in all white, inspired by Greek tradition. ‘Greeks wore white in the ancient ceremony in honor of hope for the future. We can’t think of a more fitting theme for today’s Games.’ Uniforms also feature a patch to represent their home country.

Adidas presented Sierra Leone’s uniforms in collaboration with Labrum, incorporating elements of Dumbuya’s cultural background. The uniforms feature a cobalt and white pattern inspired by cowrie shells, symbolizing wealth and prestige.

Team Haiti is already a gold medalist in our eyes with its artistically crafted uniforms. Designer Stella Jean included the painting “Passage” by Haitian painter Philippe Dodard on the bottoms of the athletes’ uniforms. The women’s looks include a beautiful skirt, with the painting printed on, effortlessly paired with a traditional Haitian ‘blue cotton’ chambray shirt. The men’s uniform features the traditional Guayabera shirt paired with printed pants.
