GovBall Verizon Experience

From A$AP Rocky, Katseye, Major Lazer to Blood Orange, Gov Ball 2026 will now be one of our favorite core memories! Through Verizon’s VIP experience, we attended our very first Gov Ball with the best accommodations including the exclusive VIP Verizon Cabana which granted us access to a premium festival retreat complete with shaded lounge areas, comfortable seating, complimentary snacks, exclusive merchandise, and refreshments available for purchase. The cabana also offered a welcome escape from the crowds while still providing exceptional views of the main stage, allowing guests to relax without missing a moment of the performances.

With Verizon VIP access, we viewed the main stage to see performances from Katseye, and Lorde, an artist that defined our childhood with hits like “Royals,” and “Tennis Court.” The “Refresh Lounge,” which was accessible via the VIP lounge, had all the best festival essentials we needed from hair perfume, makeup, mirrors, hand sanitizer, and more to help us feel comfortable while enjoying our experience.

Saturday’s lineup featured a diverse roster of acclaimed artists, including Ravyn Lenae and Major Lazer. The vibrant energy that defined the Gov Ball’s opening day carried seamlessly into day two’s festivities. Once again, we were positioned remarkably close to the action, we could feel the powerful resonance of the speakers as each artist delivered a memorable set.

Verizon’s presence extended beyond the cabana experience. Throughout the festival grounds, Verizon customers benefited from reliable network connectivity, making it easy to share photos and videos, coordinate with friends, and stay connected despite the large crowds. The combination of premium amenities and dependable service elevated the overall festival experience, showcasing the unique perks available to Verizon customers.

A$AP Rocky closed out the final day of Gov Ball 2026 with a performance that reminded everyone why the Harlem native remains one of one. While the performance was centered around his most recent album “Don’t be Dumb” the setlist included some of his biggest hits like “Fashion Killa” and “Praise the Lord.” The production behind this set was on a completely different level from anything else that day. From the Verizon VIP Cabana, we had a perfect view to catch every detail of the performance from the visuals and choreography to the energy of the crowd that made the performance unforgettable. A “Don’t Be Dumb” branded helicopter floated in the middle of the stage right under a boxing ring where Rocky began his performance shouting through his bull-horn microphone, “I came to get disrespectful.” Riotters took the stage dressed in all white and SWAT personnel marched behind Rocky as their commander in chief. His performance had a militant theme to it with American flags with his face on them plastered throughout the performance. Rocky opened his performance with “STOLE YA FlOW” as shots of fire ignited from the stage. Later on in his performance, Rocky brought out Dominican rapper, Tokischa to perform their song “Flackito Jodye” together.

It’s safe to say this year’s GovBall will go down as one of our favorite music festivals of the year and our experience wouldn’t have been the same without Verizon VIP access.
